Hey there! I'm Ashleigh. Minnesota winters might be brutal, but they sparked my obsession with cozy, handcrafted accessories. But here’s the thing: I don’t just want to stay warm—I want the knitting process to be as enjoyable as the finished project.

From the Air Force to the Knitting Studio Before I was chasing little ones and sipping lukewarm coffee, I was an Air Force officer. I’m also a Process Engineer by trade. That’s a fancy way of saying I am obsessed with making complex things feel simple.

In the military, clarity was a necessity. In my knitting patterns, it’s my mission.

Knitting shouldn't feel like a puzzle. Whether you're tackling a luxurious winter beanie or a technical silk-blend shawl, I pour my "inner perfectionist" (INTJ, represent!) into every stitch of my designs. I create patterns that take the "scary" out of technical knitting, helping you move past the "beginner wall" so you can create pieces you’re actually proud to wear.

When I’m not dreaming up new designs or exploring the beauty of Minnesota, I’m building The Tinking Circle—a community where "Mistakes are Welcome" and fellow tinkers find their knit-family.
